We are absolutely loving the rustic, yet glamorous styling and perfect burnt orange colour scheme Aysana had chosen for her wedding day. The beautiful couple said 'YES' at their dream venue - Moxhull Hall https://www.moxhullhall.co.uk/. We first met Aysana and Stefan when we did their engagement photoshoot. And some years down the line, had the pleasure of capturing their wedding day.

THEIR STORY. Aysana and Stefan met in the U.K. when Stefan moved to U.K. for work and to save some money for a project he had in Romania. They started to date and never stopped: "...we moved in together very soon after we started to date and we just clicked" .
Stefan proposed in Thailand on their last day of holiday:
"We rented a scooter and went to visit the big Buddha in Phuket. I was all sweaty and scruffy, lol, they had little copper hearts all over the temple where you could put your wishes or prayers on and hang it around the temple. I wrote my wishes on one side of the heart and he wrote "Do you want to marry me" and suddenly he was on one knee. Throughout those 10 days we were there, I made myself pretty everyday, expecting, that, maybe today, but he left it to the last day, and it was perfect!"
WEDDING. Aysana and Stefan, like many couples, got stopped by a pandemic and had to reschedule their original date. It took 2 years of planning and 1 of waiting, but it was all worth it in the end.
The couple got married at Moxhull hall https://www.moxhullhall.co.uk/. A stone’s throw from vibrant and buzzy Birmingham, Victorian manor house is a tranquil haven with a big heart. From its red brick chimneys and stunning stone windows, to the nine acres of landscaped gardens, twenty sumptuous bedrooms, exquisite dining options, and the stylishly modern Glass Garden Room – Moxhull Hall blends historic charm with contemporary design. The bride says it was nothing short of PERFECT and suited their boho, relaxed vibe. There was no other contender!

"I loved my dress at the time I picked it as I really wanted something unusual, but I was not so sure about it after the pandemic break. However, looking back at it in pictures, it was perfect! I spent way more than I wanted on it due to unexpected costs for alterations. So I would say if you choose a dress make sure you ask for alteration price before you commit"
They did go above planned wedding budget, perhaps more due to the extra year added to their wedding date, but they were still very happy as it was beautiful.
Aysana and Stefan planned everything themselves:
"Our florist was a great help also, three of us created loads of magic together!"
BEST OF THE DAY. Having all of their family members from abroad here in the UK, regardless of quarantine and all the pandemic drama, was the best moments for our bride and groom. And, of course, Aysana's dad giving her away.
ADVICE. Words of wisdom?
"Relax and enjoy every moment of you special day, the day goes so fast. Really make sure you soak every moment of it in. Whatever you do, don't go low on your budget for photographer and videographer - it is the best investment you will ever make"
